1 packet of natural apple instant oatmeal (like Nature's Promise brand)
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 packet of puffed, dried, or dehydrated natural pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk in any flavor (like So Delicious brand)
Mix all together in a bowl and microwave for 1 min 30 seconds. Let it cool a bit because it will be hot. Then enjoy! Yum, yum, yum!
